Information we process

We process your account name, email address, login session, photos, creative direction, generated videos and purchase records to provide this service. PayPal processes payment details; we receive order status and transaction identifiers rather than your card number.

Generation and storage providers

Your photos and prompt are sent to SeeAPI and its generation providers for processing. Website delivery, the account database and private media storage use Cloudflare. Their processing policies apply to those services. We do not publish your uploads or outputs in a public gallery by default, and we do not use them to train our own models.

Retention and deletion

Input photos are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Generated files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; download your video before then. You can delete a completed video from My videos. Account, credit and payment records may be retained as needed to provide support, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember language or theme preferences. Contact support through the account ticket system to request account deletion or access to your information. Do not upload sensitive identity documents or photos without permission.
