Refund Policy

Failed or timed-out generation

If a task fails or exceeds 10 minutes, its held video use returns to your balance once. This is a service credit restoration, not a PayPal cash refund. You can use it to create another video.

Payment refund requests

For a duplicate charge, missing purchased uses, or an unused pack you wish to cancel, contact support within 14 days with your order reference. We review the payment and usage records and return approved refunds to the original PayPal payment method. Processing time depends on PayPal and your funding source.

Successfully generated videos

AI results vary. Successfully used video credits are generally non-refundable solely because of subjective preferences. If a result is materially defective or the service was not delivered as described, contact support so we can review it. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
